Motion duly seconded that the City Place its City
jail or ca&aboose in the C.T.Ainfrey Buildings
across
street from Post Office . The building to be used
to be
designated Xla By A.W.Will hcite . City to allow
said Estate
one third of the city taxes off for each year
the building
is used.
Motion duly seconded that the Mayor and secretary
be
authorized to make such payments as funds are
available
on the jity's past due interest and bond.
