This letter confirms on May 12, 2021 the Historic Preservation Staff approved #CA21-29
for the property addressed 330 South Main Street, legally described as Block 2, Lot 14 2na
FL Exempt, City of Grapevine, to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73
(Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. On the south wall of the brick building patch existing cracks in the wall;
2. Apply an elastomatic coating to the entire exterior finish of the brick wall; the color
shall match the existing paint color, terracotta;
as per the attached photos.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.

A follow up to our IOOF building conversation. IOOF has agreed to let
the new owners next door to have Ware fix the cosmetic issues and

Yes Ashley Wright is paying to patch cracks in wall above old
Grapevine Sun building. After patching we will apply an elastomeric
paint to all of wall. Color approved and similar to existing color. Thanks
