to an amount within the project budget and will cover all exterior work and a portion of
interior completion. The revised offer price covers Phase I of the project and will provide
a complete exterior structure and the interior HVAC system. Phase 11 will complete the
interior finish out.
The following will be included in the scope of work for Phase 1:
1 . Supervision and management
2. Door and window hardware allowance in the amount of $2,500
3. Structural concrete
4. Repair or replacement of east and west chimneys
5. Chemical text analysis of mortar
6. Exterior handrail
7. Porches
8. All window, window screens, and exterior trim of windows
9. All exterior doors and screens
10. All exterior siding, fascia and soffit
11. Complete roofing system
12. All exterior paint, caulking and sealants
13. Electrical rough in
14. Contingency and change orders
The following items are excluded from the contract:
1. Demolition
2. Pertrographic test analysis of mortar
3. All interior restoration
4. Fire Sprinkler
5, Fire Alarm
6. Finish out of electrical
