We are proud that the campaign is reaching a successful conclusion. The Educational Pavilion Committee is recommending the structure be named the Ed and Edith Pewitt Education Center. This would be very'appropriate given that Mr. and Mrs. Pewitt have demonstrated a long-standing commitment to the community of Grapevine. Over the years they have shared their knowledge and love of plants at every opportunity by educating the public on a wide variety of plant topics, welcoming and sharing their plants to all who visit their"most planted acre in Texas"and imparting a wealth of information on plant species, care, and instructions. Sincerely, Valerie Reed Linda Krimm President of Grapevine Garden Club Chair,Educational Pavilion Committee
