Our current schedule shows paving around the beginning of June, and completing the concrete work around the end of July. The original schedule, and the letter sent to the TCEQ on August 27, 2006 had the paving complete by the middle of June. The city has already granted us a 30 day extension due to some unforeseen conflicts, and we are currently negotiating an additional time extension due to the inclement weather we have encountered over the last few months. I will be notifying TCEQ of these changes when we get closer to the move. If you need any additional information, or have any questions or concerns, please feel free to give me a call. Thanks. The proposed plant site is on property owned by Mr. E. D. Sallee of Krugerville, Texas (see attached lease agreement), and is contiguous to the project approximately 500' east of the Euless Main Street and Glade Road intersection; Latitude 32°53'02.88" N, Longitude 9704'32.18" W. We are planning on moving the plant to the Glade Road project around the beginning of December, weather permitting. The plant may be moved off site in between paving phases of the project, depending on the project completion schedule. We are currently projecting all paving to be completed by the middle of June, 2007. For this plant site, the proposed hours of operation will be Monday — Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please find the attached references plots and maps showing the location of the project, and the proposed plant site.
