conditions #CA13 -49 for the property addressed 510 Smith Street, legally
Block 31 Lot 313, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The following was
approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
Per the previous plans for #CA13 -27 the following exterior details are approved:
1) Cedar lap siding
2) Single hung aluminum windows 2 W main frame commercial rated
3) Overhead Door garage doors pattern 580, style P
4) Shingles to match existing house
5) Paint to match existing house
per the attached manufacturers product sheets and a permit is required from the
Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
