This letter confirms on May 07, 2013, Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA13 -45 for the property addressed 221 East Worth Street, legally
Block 36 Lot 34, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The following was
approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1) extend wood fence in side yard to deck on each end to enclose;
2) stain and seal deck in natural clear finish (Cabot)
per the attached photographs and drawing with the condition a fence permit
is required from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit (]D/ is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
Building Department at 817 -410 -3165 for information regarding permits.
