Eubanks for the structure located at 1218 Worthington Drive. Greg Wheeler, Building Official explained the case to the Board. Harland Joyce, explained the site next to Ms. Eubanks is very unsightly and she is now living alone and needs more privacy. She is also going to pour her a new drive next to the fence. With no one else to speak for or against the request, Vernie Henderson made a motion to close the public hearing, Greg Czapanskiy seconded the motion which prevailed by the following vote: Ayes: Lipscomb, Henderson, Gordon, Czapanskiy, Roberts Nays: None Absent: None Art Gordon then made a motion to grant the variance, Greg Czapanskiy seconded the motion which prevailed by the following: Ayes: Lipscomb, Henderson, Gordon, Czapanskiy, Roberts Nays: None Absent: None The Building Board of Appeals considered the minutes of the .tune 14, 1993 and July 12�, 1993, meetings.
