The existing patio slab will be used to support new outdoor grill with built-in counter and
associated fixtures and appliances as part of the new pool construction. In addition, new
travertine pavers will be added to the existing patio slab. This letter is intended to certify
that the existing patio slab and foundation is structurally adequate to support loading
imposed by the proposed new outdoor grill, new pavers and associated fixtures with
counters.
The existing patio slab was constructed integral with the existing foundation, and was
