Lead Ranger John Mathney agree that the currently proposed pool plan does not interfere with the U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers (USACE) flowage easement. The 572' contour is properly marked and has been photographed for record, and
requires no further consent from USACE at this time. However, please ensure that the 572' contour is covered with a silt
fence to prevent cut soil from leaching into the flowage easement. Please contact myself or John Mathney if you have

Dear Applicant:
Our records indicate that your company has taken out several permits that have
not been finaled. Enclosed are copies of all your permits that need action taken.
Your company registration was placed on hold on May 25, 2021 for all the
permits listed. Your permits were reinstated but never completed final inspection.
City ordinance does not allow a permit to be reinstated more than one time. All
expired permits must be re -applied for and finals completed before any new
permits are allowed.
Failure to begin work within 180 days after permit issuance or allowing 180 days
to pass between inspections will result in an expired permit. Once a permit has
expired, the permit must be renewed and new fees paid. Permits which have
expired for more than 30 days are subject to the issuance of citations. No future
permits will be issued until the contractor resolves all expired permits.
