BACKGROUND INFORMATION Conditional Use Request CU12-49 (Ord. 2013-03) was approved at the January 15, 2013 meeting to allow for a new building totaling 6,740 square feet for the establishment of a beer brewery. One four foot, 37 -square foot ground sign was approved along Jean Street. With this request the applicant proposes an expansion and minor exterior elevation revisions. The proposed expansion and exterior changes include adding a 140 -square foot mechanical room to the west elevation, removal of one overhead door and relocating screened outdoor mechanical equipment to the south side of the brewery.
