HomeMy WebLinkAbout0202 Employment Applications8 202 Employment Applications Persons interested in vacancies shall complete employment applications for consideration of employment, promotion, transfer, or other such employment actions as prescribed by the Human Resources Department. .01 The application form must be completed in its entirety to the best of the applicant's ability, signed and dated. .02 Supplemental pages may be attached to the application form to provide added information such as work history or photocopies of degrees, certifications, licenses, etc. .03 Human Resources and/or the appropriate department shall evaluate the applications against job requirements to identify the most qualified candidates. .04 Any misrepresentations, falsifications, or material omissions in any of this information or data may result in the exclusion of the candidate from consideration for employment, or termination if the person has been hired.
