Supervisors shall generally be paid 5% above their highest paid subordinate. .06 There shall be no change in an employee’s anniversary/longevity date whether the transfer is voluntary, disciplinary or administrative; however, regular full-time and regular part-time employees will serve a six (6) month probationary period following the date of transfer to a different job, title or department. .07 Part-time, seasonal, and casual employees transferred to a regular full-time or regular part-time position will serve an initial probationary period during the first six (6) months following their date of transfer whether voluntary, disciplinary or administrative.
