HomeMy WebLinkAbout0616 Leave Without Pay (LWOP)100 616 Leave Without Pay (LWOP) From time to time there may be circumstances that require an employee to take unpaid leave. This will be at the supervisor’s discretion; however, the employee is not allowed to take Leave without Pay unless they have exhausted all accruals first, including vacation, comp time, holiday time and personal holiday. Sick time is not allowed unless the Sick Leave requirements are met under Policy 603. There may be an exception to this policy for Military Leave. Effective 06/16/2021
