Construct a new 3' tall wrought iron fence with ornamental finials along the perimeter of the front and side yards of the property: a. Fence to have two 3' tall wrought iron passage gates at the sidewalk entrances to the house, b. Fence to have a 3' tall wrought iron driveway gate supported on metal posts; 2. Construct a new 5' tall wrought iron fence at the east property line between the existing wood privacy fence the adjoining property's driveway gate; as per the attached plan, details and photos with the conditions a building permit is obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit(,Lsj is not required.
