Dove Road, Grapevine, TX and found the following violations. These violations must be corrected and re -inspected before a Certificate of Occupancy can be issued. 1. Drain T and P line to the outside. 2. Install a water heater pan and drain to the outside. 3. Remove extension type cord for power feed to the air handler. 4. Remove flex pipe from air handler of enclosure, must use hard pipe. 5. Make 1" clearance from B vent to combustibles. 6. Replace seal -tight to condenser, damaged and no terminal connector. 7. Remove open wiring in attic of detached garage. 8. Secure all electrical devises and install faceplates. 9. Seal drain pipe in attached garage.
