Remove existing tenant wall sign 18" high by 116" wide from front of building and reinstall on the rear of the building; 2. On front of building install a larger sign 28" high by 180" long over the tenant space entrance; as per the attached drawings and photos with the conditions a building permit is obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit ts,/ is not required.
