VII. STATEMENT OF FINDINGS:
A. The City has determined that the right -of -way and easements required to be

municipal needs and services are consistent with the City's ordinances and
master plan, are reasonable and are connected to the proposed project in
the following manner:
® The right -of -way provides for future widening of public streets that will
serve the development of this site.

development of this site.

B. The City further finds that the required dedication is related both in nature
and extent to the impact of the proposed development as follows:

Owners or operators of aircraft from liability for damage to person or property caused by falling aircraft or falling physical
objects from aircraft, except as stated herein with respect to noise, fumes, dust, fuel, and lubricant par6Wes. It is agreed that
this Release shall be binding upon said Owners and their heirs and assigns, and successors in Interest to said property: and it
is further agreed that this instrument shall be a covenant running with the land. and shall be recorded in the Deed Records of
the county or counties in which the property is situated.
