This letter confirms on August 3, 2021 Historic Preservation Staff approved with conditions
#CA21-46 for the property addressed 619 South Church Street, legally described as Block:
14, Lot 3C & 6A, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73
(Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Construct a new 5' high painted wood fence at the rear of the property; wood pickets
to be cut at 45 degree angle and mounted with 50% open vertical spacing;
2. Construct a new 3' high painted wood fence between the house and south fence;
pickets to be cut at a 45 degree angle and mounted with 50% open vertical spacing;
as per the attached plan with the conditions a building permit is obtained from the Building
Department.
An approved CerUficate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
