This letter confirms on August 3, 2021 Historic, Preservation Staff approved #CA21-47 for the
property addressed 414 South Main Street, legally described as Block: 3, Lot 5, City of
Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine
Cone of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Repaint storefront in same color: Sherwin Williams' "Robin Hood Green";
2. Repaint front entry doors in a new paint color: Sherwin Williams' "Black";
3. Repaint the cast iron frame with new color: Metallic paint #ME238 "Blackened
Bronze";
as per the attached paint samples and photos.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not 'required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
