BACKGROUND: Conditional Use Application CU21-08 is a request to allow for the development of a commercial kitchen and commissary. The owner has decided to withdraw the request. Its a shame, yasmine and I wanted to revitalize barton street while using the space for the commissary. Our facility will remain as a storage. Thank you for your help.
