Licensed Electrical Sign Contractor or a State Licensed Master Electrician. Signs may also be constructed by a fabricator
approved by a Nationally Recognized Testing Agency and labeled accordingly

REQUIRED ATTACHMENTS:
1. A separate permit and 2 sets of drawings are required for each sign. For wall signs a separate permit application and plans
may be submitted for each elevation. A minimum of 11 x 17 drawings must be submitted. All drawings must be legible.
2. Pole or ground signs require a site mlan drawn to scale showing location of the sign. Pole sign structural drawings must be
sealed by a State of Texas Registered Professional Engineer. Monument and Ground sign applications must include footing
detail.
3. Show dimensions and distances to property lines. (Place asterisk on property line with line to sign location).
4. Detailed, dimensioned plans of sign showing graphics. Dimensioned full length building elevation showing sign or signs on
building. Show dimensions of height & width of tenant space and or building.
5. Plan Review Fee, 65% of the permit fee is required when permit application is submitted. Balance due upon approval.
If any other signs are on the property, give the number and the types

I have completed my review of the three permit application referenced in the subject of this email. Please respond to
the following comments:
20-0879; West Elevation: Please submit a completed permit application. Provide the entire west elevation of the
building including proposed signage with dimensions. Provide 2 complete sets of plans minimum 11X17 size.
20-0878; South Elevation: Provide the entire south elevation of the building including proposed signage with
dimensions. Provide 2 complete sets of plans minimum 11X17 size.
20-0882; Monument: Provide a dimensioned site plan indicating the proposed location of the sign including
setbacks. Provide Structural drawings for the signage sign and sealed by an engineer registered in the State of
Texas. Provide 2 complete sets of plans minimum 11X17 size.
Two complete sets (hard copies) are required for each permit. Please feel free to contact me should you require any

Dear Applicant:
Our records indicate that your company has taken out a sign permit that has not
been finaled.
Failure to begin work within 180 days after permit issuance or allowing 180 days
to pass between inspections will result in an expired permit. Once a permit has
expired, the permit must be renewed and new fees paid. Permits which have
expired for more than 30 days are subject to the issuance of citations. No future
Permits will be issued until the contractor resolves all expired permits.
In order to reinstate your registration, vour expired permits must be re -applied
for and obtain final inspection. Enclosed is a copy of the permit issued to your
company which has expired, along with the reason it was turned down.
