Lift the existing two -car detached garage building and remove the existing garage foundation; construct a new concrete slab foundation; and lower the garage building onto the new foundation; 2. Restore the garage building and install a new wood two car wide garage door; 3. Install a new crushed decomposed granite apron in front of the garage door at the end of the driveway; 4. Construct a new 6' wide by 6' deep wood sided storage building in the rear yard of the house; as per the attached drawings and photo with the conditions a building permit is obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit is / is not required.
