It was only a conceptual idea and not actually part of our present site plan submittal phase. I think this effort would clarify our proposed design intent for this phase. We understand that we or who ever develops lot #1, will have to submit for site plan review and approval. Please let me know your thoughts on this subject. The parking spaces may remain as configured but we continue to express concern about the use of the common access drive as a maneuvering lane, particularly since this access drive is directly accessible to Ira E. Woods Avenue (State Highway 26). 2. We prefer to have north at the top of site plans. In this case we will make an exception since this case is subject to administrative approval, and allow the orientation to remain as shown on the June 22, 2007 version. If this case were scheduled for a public hearing we would insist that north be at the top of the page for easier orientation for the members of the Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission.
