d. CONSTRUCTION SIGNS. A temporary sign containing the names of
architects, engineers, landscape architects, contractors, and similar
artisans involved in the design and construction of a structure or
project. This temporary sign may be located only on the premises on
which the construction is taking place and only during the period when
construction is taking place. Said sign shall be removed prior to the
issuance of the first Certificate of Occupancy.
REAL ESTATE SIGNS. A temporary sign pertaining to the sale •
lease of the lot • tract • land on which the sign is located, • to the
sale

I hereby certify by my signature below that based on gross leasable area, the building is
less than 80% occupied. I understand that the period of validity for this sign permit is one
year or when the building reaches 80% occupancy based on gross leasable area,
whichever comes first.
I further understand that failure to remove said sign upon expiration will result in legal
action by the City of Grapevine, including but not limited to, the issuance of citations.
