Any application for a change in zoning or for an amendment to the zoning ordinance shall have, from the date of submittal, a period of four months to request and be scheduled on an agenda before the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council. With this request the applicant proposes to make some changes to the previously approved plan relative to the parking garage the most substantial being the construction of a covered walkway from the garage to the valet parking area at the main entry to the hotel comprising some 300 -feet.
