The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness: 1. Construct new wood picket fence in front yard of house at the front property line and along the driveway to the front wall of the house; a. Fence to have one 36" wide x 36" high wood picket gate along the driveway side; b. One 36" wide x 36" high wood picket gate at the main sidewalk entrance to the house; c. Fence and gates are to be painted white; 2. Construct a new wood arbor structure over the main entrance gate at the front sidewalk; arbor to be painted white; as per attached site plan and photos with the condition a permit is obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit and a permit js;f / is not required.
