Michael Kors Store at Grapevine Mills 3000 Grapevine Mills Parkway, Suite #216, Grapevine, TX 76051 The following is in response to the comments from the Building Inspection Department at the City of Grapevine, TX received 02- 08 -13. Please refer to responses in red below and to the enclosed (3) complete signed /sealed sets with all revisions clouded and marked delta #1. Building Inspection Department Plan Review Comments: 1. All egress doors are to be openable from direction of egress without the use of key, special effort or knowledge. 212 Design response: A new "Building Department Notes" section, 21A002, has been added to sheet A002 and to door #2,3 and 8. 2. Manually operated flush bolts or surface bolts are not permitted. 212 Design response: A new "Building Department Notes" section, 21A002, has been added to sheet A002 3. Project shall be designed to comply with the 2009 /ECC. Verification of compliance shall be submitted to the city by a certified energy code inspector prior to the issuance of building final approval or certified occupancy. 212 Design response: The project is being designed to comply with the 2009 IECC. Please refer to El 00. 4.
