The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness: 1. Repaint all of the window sash on the house in a new paint color scheme: Change the color from dark red to black; 2. Repaint the front door of the house in a new paint color scheme: Change the color from dark blue to black; 3. Remove the existing red color roof shingles and re -roof the house with a Galvalum Metal Roof; color to be natural metal finish and with is profile to match the roof at 424 Ball Street; as per the attached photos with the conditions a permit be obtained from the Building Department.
