Appropriateness:
1. Repaint all of the window sash on the house in a new paint color scheme:
Change the color from dark red to black;
2. Repaint the front door of the house in a new paint color scheme: Change the
color from dark blue to black;
as per the attached photo.

This letter confirms on September 21, 2021 the Historic Preservation Commission staff
approved #CA21-52(b) for the property addressed 424 Ball Street, legally described as
Block 1, Lot 1, Bannister Addition, City of Grapevine Texas. The following was approved on
this Certificate of appropriateness:
1. Repaint the exterior of the house in a new paint color scheme as follows:
Sody of House: Sherwin Williams #SW 7016 "Mindful Gray";
Trim of the Hou 3e: Sherwin Williams #SW 7002 "Swiss Coffele";
2. Repaint the exterior doors of the house in a new paint color scheme: Change the
color to Dark gray;
3. Repaint all of the exterior window sash in a new paint color schema: Change to
"Dark gray";
as per the attached photos.
