SUBJECT: CONDITIONAL USE REQUEST CU15-06, SOUTH WESTERN
BISTRO
Staff recommends the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council accept the
applicant's request to withdraw conditional use request CU15-06, and take any other
action necessary.
Conditional use request CU 15-06 was submitted by Sean Ahern for property addressed
at 129 South Main Street, Suite 130, for a 5,360 square foot restaurant with on -premise
alcohol beverage sales, and a second floor patio with outdoor speakers. Due to an
unexpected family emergency the applicant has requested that the application be
withdrawn from consideration by the Commission and Council.
