BACKGROUND INFORMATION Conditional Use Request CU04-38 was approved at the November 16, 2004 meeting which allowed for GRACE (Grapevine Relief and Community Exchange) to relocate part of their operation (health ministry, clinic, and additional space for their food pantry operation) in an existing structure currently under remodel, at the northeast corner of Ruth and Walnut Streets. With this request the applicant intends to modify the site plan slightly from what was originally approved. Specifically, the drive locations on Walnut Street have shifted slightly and parking relocated, as well as the removal of a driveway at the front of the structure. This proposed change has been submitted in an effort to save two large trees on Walnut Street. The revised plan still meets all requirements of the zoning ordinance.
