BACKGROUND INFORMATION Conditional Use Request CU01-26 was considered and approved by Council at their June 19, 2001 meeting which allowed for the addition of a sixth floor to a previously approved five floor administration/patient facility on the Baylor medical campus. Numerous conditional and special use requests have been approved over the years relative to the Baylor medical campus dating back to 1982 when the property was rezoned and a planned development was established for the development of the hospital complex. With this request, the applicant proposes to construct 145 parking spaces on an undeveloped portion of the Baylor medical campus.
