This letter confirms on September 15, 2021 the Historic Preservation Commission staff
approved with conditions #CA21-55 for the property addressed 340 South Main Street,
legally described as Block 2, Lot 6c2, City of Grapevine Texas. The following was approved
on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Remove the existing tenant sign and replace it with new sign with new tenant
name and graphic color scheme;
as per the attached photo with the condition a permit is obtained from the Building
Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
