This letter confirms on September 28, 202,1 the Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA21-59 for the property addressed 129 South Main Street, legally described
as Block 1, Lot 1, Hazlewood Comrriercial Building Addition, City of Grapevine, to the
Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of
Ordinances), as amended. for the following:
1. Install a new aluminum pan sign on the second floor exterior wall of the tenant
space, on the east side of the building;
as per the attached plans, photos and specifications with the conditions a building
permit be obtained from the Building Department
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is,/ is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
