Remove two pair of wood windows on the east side of the house on the second floor and replace them with new Pella double -hung metal clad wood windows with wood grills in 6 over 6 window pane pattern; 2. Remove one wood window on the east side of the house on the second floor and replace it with a new Pella double -hung metal clad wood window with wood grills in 6 over 6 window pane pattern; as per the attached photos, window schedule and specifications with the conditions a building permit is obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit is / is not required.
