This letter confirms on August 10, 2021 Historic Preservation staff approved #CA21-48 for
the property addressed 129 South Main Street, Suite 105 legally described as Block: 1, Lot 1,
Hazlewood Addition to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G —
Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
Replace the existing awning(s) on the front and rear with the "tp Title Partners" logo
in white on color #6001 Pacific Blue with the conditions:
(a) All awnings are required to be of Fire Retardant fabric; and
(b) The existing awnings are preserved and reinstalled upon vacating suite #105;
as per the attached paint fabric swatch and photos.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit: is�/ is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
