This letter confirms on September 6, 2021 Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA21-64 for the property addressed 816 South Main Street, legally described as
Lot: 4D Per Plat A — 4794, Lipscomb & Daniel Addition, Grapevine, City of, to the Grapevine
Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as
amended, for the following:
1. Construct a new cedar split -rail fence mounted on cedar posts along Dallas Road
and the existing parking lot, to contain the parking area and to direct pedestrians to
tenant spaces;
as per the attached site plan and photos with the conditions a permit is obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Ce ificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
