the 4t" Qtr. Executive Summary noting we finished year with 80,479 rounds (most in 20
years) vs 63,815 for previous year. Revenues for year were at 3,500,000 vs 2,849,248
in previous year. Successes have been with new facility we are getting much more
interest in events and our 4t" Qtr was very busy with over 9000 rounds in July! Bob
asked about lights on range if planning to use again. Robert explained we have had
extreme demand on turf wear since losing part of tee to clubhouse and not enough staff
to pick in evening with lights on. Robert explained we are adding a new artificial turf tee
with 10 -12 more stations in coming months that will help with turf management in winter
months. Merlin will re -sod east side of lower tee this winter in hopes to have usable by
June/July 2022.
4) New Facilities update (Russell Pulley) Russell informed all that new clubhouse is
doing well and staff are getting used to operations. Bob asked what is the feedback
from golfers on Persimmons has been. Russel replied it has been mostly good with a
few comments about slow service at times and need more "golfer" food items. Bryan
commented that many of his friends "love it" and have had great parties in the MPR.

the extreme amount of play for the last 18 months. He also mentioned they would be
working on the following projects this coming winter: range tee project, clubhouse
landscaping repairs, trash cans for clubhouse ordered 6 months ago to arrive.
Tom Kormondy asked about size of his crew. Merlin replied 9 crew. Russell added that
this is a small crew for a 27 hole facility and they are stressed to keep up in growing
season. Dion noted wear no some tee and Ronnie asked about bunkers that are
