Dear Applicant:
On October 7, 2019 a building permit application was submitted to this office for
review for the above referenced address. Our records indicate that your permit
has never been issued. You were notified on October 8, 2019 by plans examiner
of additional information needed for review.
Performing work without a permit is a violation of city ordinance, regardless of
whether or not an application has been made. Additionally, failure to obtain your
permit within 180 days of application has resulted in the expiration of the permit.
If this job is to proceed a new permit application submittal is required.

Thank you for your email. These images show only the furred down area of ceiling space above the
bathroom. Additionally, while helpful for discovery of what structure may be present, they are not acceptable as a
design for your project. Please consult a structural engineer or other design professional to determine if these walls you
intend to remove are structural. If you were able to determine on your own whether or not the walls are structural,
please indicate such on a document and submit it for review.
