The text on Master Site Plan (including perimeter uses) needs to be legible at the 11"x17" size. Please cloud the area of proposed elevation changes on the Master Site Plan. 4. BACKGROUND INFORMATION Since it's initial conception in 1995, its grand opening in October 1997, till the present time, numerous conditional use requests have been considered and approved relative to the Grapevine Mills Mall, the most recent being an amendment (CU11-36) to the Legoland Discovery Center to modify the building elevation of the mall and allow for an outdoor amusement feature approved at the January 11, 2012 Site Plan Review Committee meeting. With this request the applicant proposes an exterior elevation change to the Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th entry, storefront and wall signage. The exterior changes coincide with an interior remodel of the store.
