The condition described above is in violation of Section J.1.2. of the Zoning Ordinance, which states, that it is a violation to park a recreational vehicle/trailer, motor homes, or a boat in the required front yard for more than three (3) days without a permit. This is your official notice that you will need to bring the property into compliance by removing the recreational vehicle/trailer, motor home or boat from the required front yard or apply for a permit within three (3) days of receipt of this letter. While it is anticipated that your cooperation in this matter will not require the City to take additional action, Section J.1.2. does authorize the Code Enforcement Division to take actions necessary to obtain compliance with the ordinance requirements.
