This letter confirms on June 27, 2013, Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA13 -55 for the property addressed 214 East College Street, legally
known as Block 15 Lots 3 & 4B, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
to reuse the existing sign, only change is for new tenant's logo on both sides
of sign with existing paint colors to remain
Per the attached drawings and a permit is required from the Building
Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
Building Department at 817 -410 -3165 for information regarding permits.

LOGO TO BE PRINTED AND APPLIED IN BLACK INK. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PHOTO OF EXISTING
