This letter confirms on June 27, 2013, Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA13 -56 for the property addressed 626 College Street, legally known
as Block 24 Lot 2R2, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The following was
approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
to construct a 13'2" x 144" shed and breezeway adjoining the existing shed.
Exterior walls to be finished with 24" high limestone base and rough cedar
siding to match the existing shed with roofing of tin or metal
per the attached drawings and a permit is required from the Building Department.
An approved Certificat of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit is is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
Building Department at 817 -410 -3165 for information regarding permits.
