Comm-Fit LP
Comm -Fit, L.P. has conducted business with the City in the past with satisfactory results.
This company met all of the required specifications listed in the request for quotation
and offered a fair market value for the existing CAC equipment, Fitness equipment sold
at auction brings very little value and generally sells well below fair market value.
Staff recommends approval of the purchase of the fitness equipment from Comm -Fit
L.P. in a total amount not to exceed $20,888.00.
