This letter confirms on December 7, 2021 Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA21-66 for the property addressed 528 South Dooley Street, legally described
as Block 29, lot 4, Grapevine, City of, to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73
(Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Construct a new wood and asphalt shingle roof extension over the existing outdoor
patio, kitchen and fireplace area on the south side of the house,
as per the attached drawings and photos with the conditions a permit is obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Ce�jficate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit 'is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 8f f 410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
