The applicant, Mr. Clayton Ridinger has submitted a conditional use application to allow for the development of a two phase 116,450 square foot enclosed storage warehouse and a 35 -foot pole sign. The applicant requests to table the request to the June 16, 2015 meeting in order to make changes to the site plan and architectural elevations prior to the public hearing.
