Pa e 1 From: Allen Hunt To: Subject: 4550 State Hwy 360 Parking Awnings Mr. Stillwell, I believe we spoke about these parking structures a while back, at that time I asked that you get with the Planning Department to see if any Site Plan requirements would be needed to be met. I spoke with Albert Triplett last week and he remembers speaking with me and possibly you about these structures. At any rate, the follow through has not been done and the structures are shown to be relocated from the original location. Please contact Albert Triplett about any Site Plans needs at (817) 410 -3151. On the plans, I do not see a detail of how the posts are to connect or be secured to the piers. Please provide this information. Is the Engineer of record going to inspect the structures during and / or after the installation? If so, we would like to receive a copy of the Engineers letter approving the installation. What ever he asks for will need to be a separate submittal. On the relocation I may have mis -lead you on my phrasing. What I meant was relocated from the original proposed location, I am aware there are no canopy's at this time or please correct me if I am mistaken that there are no canopy's at this time on the property for parking. The change of location from the original conversations is not an issue, all we need is approval from the Planning Department for the location that you now wish for the structures. I did include a site plan and final plat plan in the application package that I submitted. On these two drawings I drew in the canopy location and lay out. This maybe all that he needs to have submitted. I will follow up with Albert to make sure we meet his expectations. The new structure is not a relocated canopy per yours below. The canopy is a single unit that is all built new on site and not relocated. On the letter, this is exactly what we are looking for except that the address is wrong. The Engineer addressed and addresses the carport at a highway 36 and with no other qualification. Would you please have him correct this and use the full address for the location. I really appreciate this and wish you a Blessed year to come.
