As requested by 01shan Foundation Rqpair, we have reviewed the repair proposal and installation data from Olshan
Foundalion Repair regarding the repairs made to the above referenced residence, Olshan Foundation Repair
presented the repaired portion of the fmdation Using 9 exterior and 4.ij1tedQr segmental precast concrete Cable
Lock Thl piles beneath the above referenced location for our review. The pile locations and spacing as ropresented
were found to be in general coirpliance with industry standards, and generally in accordance with Olghan
Poundation Repair's proposal.
