of this permit does not grant or authorize any violation of any code or ordinance of the City of

I have been reviewing the Demo permit you submitted for the above location and there are a few issues
that I would like to address with you. As the Demo plan refers to Architectural and Engineered plans, I
want to ensure that this permit is for demolition work only. The interior alteration will require a separate
permit and plans.
The note #18 for the cut in the tilt wall, there are a couple of points to this, the engineering for this and it's
approval will be required prior to the work being done. If there is to be a change to the exterior of the
building as this will create and if there is to be a loss in parking space, approval from the City Planning
Department will be required.
All demolition work is required to have inspections. M.E.P.'s are to be demode back to a point of
origination. Plumbing demo may not create dead ends and is to be capped with permanent fittings.
Electric and communication's are to be demode back to panels and /or meter base with all demode wire
removed from building. Mechanical to be demode back to unit'(s) or plenums.
We will need a Certificate of Occupancy application submitted prior to issuing the interior alteration permit.
Note that the alteration plans will need to be drawn by an Architect and M.E.P.'s Engineered for this
building. Any roof loads differing from existing loads such as larger, heavier or relocated RTU's or loads
supported on or from roof system will need to be Engineer approved / designed.
